I went ahead and called to leave a voicemail, not expecting an answer due to the holiday. But to my pleasant surprise, Raj took my call. And once I explained what was going on, he immediately knew what was wrong; it was no guessing game for him. He assured he would make the repair the next business day. And that he did. We did have a hiccup where the replaced part was also bad by mistake, but he didn’t hesitate to come replace it with a for-sure new part, and promised if it still didn’t work, he would refund me 100%. Love seeing a company who knows to do the right thing. Luckily it did not have to come down to that as the replaced part completely fixed my machine. It’s working like new again and I couldn’t be a more satisfied customer! He even offered me care tips to ensure my washer lasts for years to come. He was very knowledgable about the appliance and was very professional and courteous. After he left, we had an issue with the door because we moved the washer and it was no longer level. I can't truly indicate repair abilities because they walked me through items to check over the phone and even wanted me to call back that night because I was not in front of my TV. What I was told to check corrected my issues without any repair. If and when the TV does break, this will be the first place I go.

Raj to the rescue again!!! This is my 2nd time I've had TV issues and Raj was so professional & knowledgeable the first time, of course I was going to use him again. Did not have to wait long either because his schedule allowed him to come the same day , which was really awesome! Also what's good to know is that he repairs all kinds of appliances too. My husband brought 2 TVs to Raj - one we thought was a power supply issue as the TV would not turn on and the other we thought was a bad processor. For some reason, when Raj plugged them in they BOTH fired up with good pictures. We are scratching our heads?? I'm sure he got a good laugh! He did not charge us for his time, and also he plugged them both in while my husband was there, so no return trip necessary. Great service! Hard worker, thorough, fair price.

My TV stopped working last week ... going into college football kickoff and Labor day weekend!!! Raj was willing to come out over the holiday weekend, without charging inflated rates. Once there he promptly tested the TV and gave the proper diagnosis. The required part for the repair is no longer made by Sharp, but Raj just happened to have one in his shop. He retrieved the part and within a few minutes had installed and reassembled my TV. I easily and without condition recommend using Katy TV Service.

Had Raj in our home to repair my LG washer. He came, contacted the LG service, ordered the part and installed in a matter of two days. Very professional and honest!

Both TVs work again after nearby lightning strike!! Had Raj come to the house to diagnose our 60" plasma. We weren't really interested in getting the 42" plasma looked at because it's 9 years old. He suggested he look at it, because they have such better picture quality. I'm glad I did! He came back out a week later with the parts and fixed them. Both TVs fixed for 1/3 the price of replacing just the 60". Highly recommended!!

I have an old Philips 60" DLP and it hasn't been working for over 5 years. I was going to try to get rid of it but no one wanted it. Even if I paid them to take it away. SO I just decided to try to get it fixed. Raj came over on time and told me it was just the bulb that had gone out. The process took less than 30 minutes and it cost much less than I thought it would. I highly recommend Raj and his service. Top Notch !!!

Raj came out and diagnosed the problem as one of two issues. If it was a board, he'd repair it, but if it was the panel, he said it wouldn't be worth the repair, and since he had to order the board, he promised not to charge me for the part if it didn't work.  As soon as the part arrived, he called and immediately came out to see if it solved the problem, and thankfully, it did. I called Raj about a power issue we were having with our Samsung 50" LCD. He was very upfront that if he picked it up there was a charge but he is conveniently in Katy so I dropped it off. He was at a customer site when we talked and told me he would call me when he was back. He called back probably in 30 mins which was perfect. We brought it over and he gave me an estimate and diagnosis. I said fine and he started working right away. He was done in about 30-45 mins. I just waited. I walked out with a fixed TV. Raj was great! I was ready to set this 50' TV out for the trash, I didn't want to spend more money on it than it was worth. After reading other reviews I made the call to Raj and I am glad I did. He came to the house, diagnosed in about 5 minutes, came back with the needed part in about 5 days, and made the repair in about 10 minutes. Based on the verbal estimates I had gotten elsewhere he charged about half what others considered standard fees! Then he cleaned a remote for me I had been having trouble with for a while! Raj was very knowledgeable, came to my at the time we had set diagnose the problem within minutes and had my tv fix in reasonable time. Would definitely use them again.

Raj is a trustworthy person and a very fair business man. He is thorough, knowledgeable and accommodating. He came within an hour of my call and found the problem quickly and then showed me how he diagnosed the problem. The parts that my TV needs are not cost effective, I can buy a new one for less than the parts. He offered to install my new TV on the wall mount, free of charge. I feel like, although I have to buy a TV, I got value for the money by calling Raj.

I had another company give me an estimate to fix my tv, after a $100 service fee to come to my house, and Raj was able to fix it for 1/3 of the price of the other company! He came the day I called him and was out within an hour. Would definitely reccommend his company to anyone and everyone.

I talked to Raj, told him my problem, he told me the price would be between a certain denomination. He came to my house right on the dot, fixed my TV and the price was right where he said it would be but on the shorter end of the denomination part. Very satisfied, would definetly use him again.

My Samsung 65" would turn itself off after 30 seconds or so. My wife filled out the online service request and Raj answered promply. He gave us several times to chose from and he arrived at exactly the time we agreed to. Very professional and very knowledgable. He replaced the lamp in my tv and then gave me several tips on how to elongate the lfe of the new lamp. He explained the warranty and also told me to call him if I experienced any problems. Katy TV Service was GREAT! In this day and age...if you can even find someone competent, you are lucky to get anything done properly the first time...Raj came over the same day that I called, installed a loaner lamp for my 62" TV, (without being asked to do so), ordered the new part, and three days later, came back with the new part and installed that! He was prompt, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. I will absolutely use him again for any repair, advice, or electronic installation. And if you are wondering about the cost...his fees are very reasonable...I highly recommend this company!

I have a 10 year old Sony big screen (floor model). All of a sudden, yesterday the picture got distorted. I called Katy TV Service late this morning, and Raj picked up the call. He was very courteous, and told me before he came out that he thought it was the chip, and after getting the tv model #, he confirmed while on the phone that he had it and would be able to fix the tv today (once he arrived on site and confirmed it was in fact the chip that needed to be replaced). He was here two hours later! I would like to say that it was due to my savvy research that I was able to find Raj at Katy TV Service, but I think I just got lucky. Thank you for repairing the tv! I highly recommend Raj - he was polite, courteous, honest and direct. Hopefully I won't have any more tv problems in the future, but if I do, I'll be sure to call Raj.

I called and described my problem. Gentleman told me what it would likely cost to fix my old CRT tv. He said he would be happy to fix it if i wanted him to, but that I could probably buy a new one for not too much more. I appreciated the honesty, and would recommend Katy TV service for their honesty.
